Software as a service:
EnergyWatch is a web based program available for a subscription
fee. By choosing to subscribe to EnergyWatch, an enterprise
avoids the significant costs required to maintain and support
a remote energy monitoring program.

emissions footprint reduction:
By creating a target for enterprise reduction of the total
energy consumption or greenhouse gas emissions, the organization
is able to measure its progress. Convienent reports and data
roll-ups are provided to show which properties are on-target
and those that need improvement.

EnergyStar portfolio manager:
In 2004 we won the EPA'a EnergyStar "Service Provider
of Excellence" award. EnergyWatch is able to directly
connect energy consumption data to the EnergyStar portfolio
manager benchmarking tool.

Automatic and manual
data acquisition:
To meet the different needs various properties EnergyWatch
is available in two versions. The automatic version collects
data directly from the energy meters and sends it to our data
warehouse. The manual version collects information from utility
bills. Both versions help reduce energy consumption and cost.
