Spencer Cramer, Chief Executive Officer
Spencer Cramer founded Ei3 in March 1999 to pursue his vision of using
the internet to connect people to machines and devices. With more than
twenty years in technology, Mr. Cramer was able to build upon his experience
in managing technology-driven businesses, and his work in the creation of communications
networks to deliver professional services to establish the proprietary communications
and network technologies, on-line software and service systems provided by Ei3.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cramer provides leadership, sets the strategy and
is responsible for day-to-day operations. His previous experience in technology includes
participation in a total of five technical business start-ups, three of which he lead.
His track record of business success comes from his ability to develop and finance plans,
license technology, provide administration, manage sales and develop technology.
Under his direction, Ei3 established its leadership within the remote monitoring and remote
service industries through the consistent delivery of valuable innovative applications tailored
to the needs of global customers. In April of 2006, Mr. Cramer was awarded a US Patent
for a "System and method for providing virtual online engineering of a production environment".
Mr. Cramer is active in the remote monitoring community and has presented at multiple recent
events including M2M United and IQPC Conferences.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received a BSEE degree, Mr. Cramer has devoted
his career to creating value by building technology-driven companies within the internet,
communications and controls industries.
