Here's how the Remote Service Platform works:





User Administrator:
With a key management console, user administrators manage access to equipment, assigning or revoking virtual keys.




Credentials:
A virtual key is created for remote access and given to the service provider.




Service Provider:
With the key, the service provider accesses the equipment remotely. An online service navigation console shows critical equipment details, including drawings, program files, device addresses, and other important data.




Access Path:
Secure tunnels over the Internet connect service providers and equipment.




Security:
Virtual doors guard each piece of equipment, and are accessed only with the appropriate key credentials.
