IP-Systemes of Lyon becomes eił's distributor for customers in France

Montvale,NJ, USA& Lyon, FRANCE, November 15, 2006 – Ei3 announced today that an alliance has been formed with IP-Systemes naming the organization as its French distributor for Ei3's products and services. This development builds upon the partnership formed earlier this year between Ei3 and Schneider Electric where Ei3 now provides the Senside line of remote monitoring and secure service access services.

Through this alliance, IP-Systemes is authorized to sell Ei3 corporation's products and web application services to its extensive customer base of machine builders and manufacturing companies. Gérard Dallery, President of IP-Systemes commented that, "Ei3's products are very complementary to our existing business.
